| Chairman & CEO - Devinder Randhawa founded Strathmore Minerals Corp. in 1996 and became Chairman and CEO of Fission Energy Corp. which was spun out in 2007. Mr. Randhawa also founded and is currently the President of RD Capital Inc., a privately held consulting firm providing venture capital and corporate finance services to emerging companies in the resources and non-resource sectors both in Canada and the US. |

| President & COO - Dr David Lindley is a prominent PNG exploration geologist and one of the country's leading explorers, having worked throughout the region for over 25 years. Dr Lindley brings field and management experience in all aspects of mineral PNG exploration. He played the key role in advancing the Mt Sinivit gold project from discovery to mine. Dr Lindley is a founding director of PPM. |

Vice President of Corporate Development & CFO - Greg Downey obtained his Certified Management Accountant designation in 1991 and is a member of the Certified Management Accountants of British Columbia. He also holds a diploma in Business Administration from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
Mr. Downey joins PPM with over 25 years of diverse financial experience in the oil and gas, manufacturing, construction and the public sectors. Mr. Downey has provided business advisory and financial accounting services to many medium and large size organizations. |

| Non-Executive Director - Dr Chris Cornelius has spent over 20 years as a senior executive working throughout the international natural resource sector. Following a highly successful career in the North American E & P sector, in 2004 he founded DESC Resources, a private consultancy advising major financial institutions and blue-chip executive teams on global growth strategies. In 2007 he founded Cuadrilla Resources Corporation, which as the company's CEO, he has steered to become Europe's leading Shale Gas exploration company with major assets in the UK, Holland, Poland. Dr Cornelius is a founding director of PPM. |

Non-Executive Director - Tony Kelly has over 30 years experience of investment banking, corporate strategy, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance experience in Australia and international markets. During the past five years, Mr Kelly has acted as a private sorporate advisor to listed and private companies in Australia, Europe and North America. Mr Kelly is a founding director of PPM. |

Director - Ross McElroy is a professional geologist with over 25 years of experience in the mining industry, with a focus on uranium, gold and diamonds. Mr. McElroy has held previous senior positions with both major and junior mining companies, which include Cameco, Areva and BHP Billiton. He was a key senior member of the discovery team of the Hope Bay Gold Project (9 Million ounce potential resource). He was a also a member of the early stage discovery team of the MacArthur River deposit, the world's largest high grade uranium deposit. He is currently President and COO of Fission Energy Corp.
Mr. McElroy received a Bachelor's Degree in Science, with a Specialization in Geology from the University of Alberta in 1987. Mr. McElroy is a registered professional geologist in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Nunavut/Northwest Territories. |

| VP Exploration - Bernard Kavanamur has spent over 20 years working as a geologist in Papua New Guinea. Mr. Kavanamur has a strong background in porphyry copper gold and epithermal gold deposits. He was part of the exploration team involved in the discovery of major copper and gold resource extensions at Wafi- Golpu. He has worked at some of the largest copper and gold deposits in the world including Wafi - Golpu, OK Tedi and Hidden Valley. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of PNG and a Master of Science degree from Kagoshima University in Japan. |
