Non-Executive Director - Chris Cornelius PhD has over 20 years of international project management and finance experience in the natural resource sector. Non-Executive Director - Tony Kelly has over 30 years of investment banking, corporate strategy, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance experience in Australia and international markets. Chief Financial Officer - Blake McNaughton, formerly of KPMG, has experience in corporate finance, management accounting & reporting, financial strategy and financial modelling.
